In this report, synthesis, characterization and application of nano-sphere silica sulfuric acid as a novel and heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of β-acetamido ketone derivatives at room temperature are described. A highly efficient protocol for the synthesis of β‐acetamido ketone or ester derivatives in the presence of pyrazinium di(hydrogen sulfate) {Py(OSO3H)2} as a novel, green and homogeneous solid acid catalyst at room temperature is described. One‐pot multi‐component condensation of enolizable ketones or alkyl acetoacetates with aldehydes, acetonitrile and acetyl chloride affords the title compounds in high to excellent yields and in relatively short reaction times. In this work, the efficiency of our recently reported solid acid catalyst, saccharin sulfonic acid (Sa‐SO3H), in the synthesis of β‐acetamido ketones/esters is also studied. An ultrasonic assisted supramolecular solvent based dispersion solidification liquid–liquid microexraction method was used for the separation and preconcenteration of erythrosine prior to its determination by microspectrophotometry. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment and preconcentration factors obtained 142 and 33.33 respectively. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.0–100 ng/mL of erythrosine with R 2 = 0.9949. Detection limit was 0.6 ng/mL and the RSD for 7 replicate determination of 40.0 ng/mL erythrosine was ±1.4%. The applicability of the methods was examined by determining erythrosine in water and beverage samples. 相似文献

Faba bean (Vicia faba L.) has potential to expand globally because of its ability to provide nutritional benefits through its high amounts of seed protein, carbohydrates and dietary fiber. The seeds also contain levodopa, a treatment for Parkinson’s disease. Faba bean consumption is limited primarily because the seeds contain the pyrimidine glycosides, vicine and convicine (v-c), which can cause favism in people with a genetically inherited glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency. G6PD deficiency is inherited as an X–linked recessive allele and susceptible individuals develop anaemia when they consume faba beans. Faba bean cultivars with reduced levels of v-c are available, but it is difficult to maintain genetic isolation because the plants can be cross-pollinated by bees. The seed supplies of low v-c seed stocks and foods derived from them must be monitored to ensure maintenance of low v-c. Here we report a rapid, robust method to measure vicine, convicine, and levodopa using high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS) coupled with flow injection analysis and mass spectrometry that has an analysis step of 54 s. With the addition of a methanol gas modifier in FAIMS, vicine and convicine were separated in the gas-phase and then measured by tandem mass spectrometry. More than 40 genotypes representing diverse faba bean germplasm were quantified. Convicine showed the widest concentration range (~520X) and all analytes showed good reproducibility illustrating that this method can be routinely used to simultaneously screen for v-c and quantify L-DOPA, thereby ensuring food safety. 相似文献

In the study, anti-Candida activity and phenol contents of Lythrum salicaria L. calli and wild species have been evaluated. The seeds of L. salicaria (Lythraceae), collected from Lahidjan City in the north of Iran, were cultured in Murashige and Skoog medium (MSM) with a supplement, gibberellin, to germinate. Callus inductions were performed from segments of seedling on MSM containing different concentrations of plant growth regulators, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP). The activity of calluses extracts, wild plant, gallic acid, and 3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (TMEG) as the main phenolic compounds against Candida albicans was assessed using cup plate diffusion method. The total phenols contents of calli and wild plant extracts were analyzed using Folin–Ciocalteu reagent. The callus formation in MSM supplemented with various concentrations of 2,4-D and BAP were 0–100 %. Anti-Candida activity of callus extract which obtained from MSM supplemented with 2,4-D and BAP (1 mg?dm?3) was similar to the wild plant extract. Minimum inhibitory concentration values of gallic acid and TMEG were obtained as 0.312 and 2.5 mg?cm?3, respectively. Gallic acid equivalent values in all treatments were from 0 to 288 μg GAE mg?1. Phenolic contents of plant aerial parts (331?±?3.7 μg GAE mg?1) and the callus, which developed in MSM including 1 mg?dm?3 of both 2,4-D and BAP, showed the same phenolic value and exhibited anti-Candida extract activity. 相似文献
